We’re confident you’ll adore your wooden box.
But if it’s not quite what you imagined, you have 30 days from the delivery date to send it back — even personalized pieces.

Returns

  • Contact Us First
    Email [email protected] with your order number and a short reason for the return.
  • Keep Everything Intact
    The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original protective packaging.
  • Ship It Back Securely
    After approval, send the package to the address we provide using a traceable service. Return postage is paid by the customer and is non‑refundable.

    Because each custom piece is crafted just for you, returns of personalized products incur an 18% restocking fee, which is deducted from your refund.

    Packages sent back without prior authorization may be refused.

Exchanges

Need a different item? The fastest way is to:

  1. Complete the return steps above.
  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the product you’d like.

Refunds

When your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund (minus any applicable restocking fee) to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may need a few business days to process the credit.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

Email us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] and attach:

  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Photos of the outer and inner shipping labels

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

EU 14‑Day Right of Withdrawal

If you reside in the European Union, you have a statutory 14‑day “cooling‑off” period under Directive 2011/83/EU for non‑customized products purchased online.

  • No reason required. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason or no reason at all, provided the item is unused, in like‑new condition, and returned in its original protective packaging.
  • Return window. After notifying us in writing within the 14‑day period, you have another 14 days to send the item back. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Exemption. Personalized or custom‑made products are excluded from this legal right of withdrawal.
  • This statutory right is separate from — and does not limit — our 30‑day store policy.

What Can’t Be Returned

  • Items showing signs of use or customer‑induced damage

Special Custom & Bulk Orders

Most of our products are personalized or made to order, and our standard return policy still applies to eligible personalized orders as described above.

However, some orders require additional design work, special production, customer-provided artwork, non-standard customization, or bulk production. This may include, but is not limited to, custom logo orders, business customization projects, customer-provided artwork, modified designs, special brass inlay designs, non-standard specifications, sample-approved production, and bulk orders.

For these special custom or bulk orders, we may recommend or require a mockup, design proof, or physical sample before moving forward with production.

Once a customer approves the mockup, design proof, physical sample, or confirmed production details, and the order has entered production, the order will be made based on the approved details or sample standard.

Because these special orders are made specifically for the customer and may not be resellable, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun, unless the items are damaged, defective, made incorrectly, or clearly different from the approved mockup, sample, or confirmed production details.

Custom setup fees, design preparation fees, artwork adjustment fees, logo preparation fees, sample fees, and any special production costs are non-refundable once the related work has begun.
